Preparation of Health and Safety Policy:

Review of existing policy if there is one. Compilation of new policy if necessary bespoke to the  individual companies needs.

Risk Assessments:

Carry out comprehensive workplace/work activity/workstation risk assessments as required under the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 and assist in the compilation of detailed method statements / work procedures.

PUWER:

The Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998: Carry out comprehensive PUWER Assessments of all types of machinery and produce comprehensive reports.

Plant and Machinery Inspections:

As a result of PUWER Assessments, carry out the identified inspection schedules on all types of plant and machinery to comply with PUWER and the various statutory regulations.

Audits:

Carry out comprehensive Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality Audits on all types of business. Carry out specific audits against various legislation.

Health and Safety Consultants:

Provision of suitably qualified, experienced engineers to act as health and safety consultants on a permanent/semi permanent basis, to regularly attend clients premises at intervals agreed with the client and provide the necessary input to develop the required safety culture and assist in the development of management systems.

Health and Safety Surveillance:

Provide suitably qualified, experienced engineers to carry out health and safety surveillance visits, providing legislation compliance reports, highlighting areas where improvement is required. This service is ideal for the smaller company, as the time taken is much reduced allowing the  client to decide how he tackles non compliance and how he should resource it.

Noise, Dust, Fume and Legionella Assessments:

Through our network of vendor rated subcontractors we are able to offer a comprehensive service covering assessments of the above. All subcontractor activities are project managed by  our in house engineering specialists.

Construction Design Management Regulations:

We have suitably qualified personnel to assist and give guidance on the control of CDM projects. Assisting in the compilation of Health and Safety Plans and other relevant documentation, and if necessary carry out the function of Planning Coordinator. Carry out reviews of Lifting Plans.

Training:

We are experts in providing training to both the public and private sector. We specialise in  delivering NEBOSH accredited training and our most popular courses are the NEBOSH General
and Construction qualifications and the methods of delivery can be tailored to meet the needs of your organisation. We also provide the following ‘bespoke’ courses tailored to your specific industry:

Machine Training:

Specialist machine operating training can be arranged through our network of authorised sub contract trainers.

Accident Investigation:

We have a team of professional engineers who are able to carry out thorough accident investigations, produce in depth reports relying on visual inspections and utilising UKAS
accredited laboratory facilities. To provide in depth reports to satisfy clients and Health and Safety Executive requirements. We are also able to act as expert witness in cases of engineering investigations.

General:
