Checking and Certification of Quality Management Personnel
In many sectors of industry the existence of effective quality
management (QM) is proved on the basis of certified QM systems
according to BS EN ISO 9001:2000. What is required by effective
quality management apart from professional experience is, above all,
qualified personnel who are familiar with the requirements laid down
by the relevant QM standards and who are competent in fulfilling
these requirements. In conjunction with the various TÜV Academies
the TÜV CERT Certification Body at TÜV NORD runs training
courses on quality management both in Germany and abroad.

The TÜV CERT Certification Body for QM personnel at TÜV NORD has
been accredited by ‘Trägergemeinschaft für Akkreditierung’
(TGA) for the assessment and certification of QM personnel
including the quality auditor according to the EOQ guidelines.
